It’s the end of the decade, can you believe it? Golfshot has been around for over 10 years and each year we are even more amazed at how many incredible statistics we’ve been able to gather! Thanks to your feedback and dedication to our ever-growing community, we’ve put together some facts and figures from millions of rounds played by Golfshotters around the world. From top courses played, to some of our best scores recorded by you, our Golfshot members.
- Globally there were 45,650 courses played
- In total, you’ve recorded over 11,000 Hole-in-ones!
- This year, the United States played over 1.5 million rounds of Golf edging out every other country by a large margin

A great resource, I’m glad I signed up and love using it during my golf rounds. Now it has to help to swing the club better, lol!
Do I need to update my cell? How do I accomplish that?
As long as you’re Goflshot app is updated you’re good to go!
Would like to see a interactive feature that would allow the tracking of a tournament at a give golf course from players using golfshot on the course.
Is there any significance in that the graph showing the hardest courses has right handed player swinging left-handed? 🙂 Personally I find every course hard playing right-handed, as my score cards show.
Interesting report, nonetheless, and a great app.
Keep up the great work.
Can we get distance adjusted for wins and elevation?
The new WHS will take weather into account which we have already incorporated into our app.
125000 rounds of golf in Germany with an average score 9f 81,2! No way Jose. I played maybe 100 rounds in 2019. Less than 20 of my playing partners schot 81 or better! That´s really bull, sorry!
Thank you for this interesting stats.
The best golfing app ever
I agree to one of the players commenting. Being able to create a tournament with let’s say 60 players with online scoreboard would be great fun!
