Do you know the biggest difference between good and bad ball strikers?

It’s the ability to “shallow” the shaft on the downswing, which puts your club on an inside-to-out path for greater power and accuracy while eliminating a slice.

This 11-in-1 training aid called the Blue Brick has three settings for shallowing different clubs, and each setting tells you exactly where the correct angle lies. Simply practice swinging under the shallowing line, and you’ll see quick yet lasting improvement.

⛳ Comeback charge. Gary Woodland tied the course record with an 8-under 62 on Sunday in Houston, just 18 months after undergoing brain surgery. He finished 19 under for the week at Memorial Park.

⛳Long time coming. Steve Allan rolled in a clutch 20-foot birdie on the 16th to hold off Tag Ridings and win the Galleri Classic. It marked his first pro title in 23 years.

⛳ Breakthrough win. Former LIV golfer Eugenio Chacarra shot a final-round 71 to finish four under and win the Indian Open by two shots — his first European Tour title. The victory came in just his ninth European Tour start.

⛳ Putting nightmare. Tony Finau was making a move in Houston when a brutal 4-putt on Saturday, including a miss from 3 inches, derailed his round. One of the toughest watches of the season.
