During your Round, while viewing the GPS screen in the Golfshot app, tap on the AR button located in the bottom left corner of the screen.
From here, rotate your phone to landscape (horizontal) to view the course in AR.
Layups, Hazards, Green distances and Club Recommendations are available to Golfshot Pro Members using Golfscape AR. Free and Golfshot Plus members can utilize Golfscape AR to view the center of the green feature.
Pro members can enable or disable specific distances in Golfscape AR. To turn the hazards and layups On or Off, just tap on the pages button between the score and calibration options at the bottom of the screen.
Golfscape uses a combination of the compass and new AR kit on the iPhone to determine direction to the hole. Depending on the accuracy of these items on your particular device, you may see some shift in their position. If the markers on the Golfscape screen are not centered, you may need to recalibrate your device. Just tap on the recalibrate button located at the bottom of the Golfscape screen. From here, center the finder on the flag to set its position.
Golfscape is available to all Free, Plus and Pro members. Pro members can access additional Golfscape features like Hazards, Layups and Club Recommendations. The Golfshot Pro Membership is $4.99 monthly, or $29.99 yearly.
Currently, the full feature set for Golfscape is only available to Golfshot Pro Members.
