How to Use Swing ID
Step 1
Navigate to the Swing ID page from the Golfshot Home Screen and press the “Turn On Swing ID” Button. Make sure your apple watch is connected to your phone prior to this step.
Step 2
Navigate to the “Auto Shot Tracking” section of your settings. There you will turn the toggle on AST on and press “download Swing ML data”. This data may take a moment to fully download.
Step 3
Once you have turned on Auto Shot Tracking, a Swing ID section will appear below it. Toggle Swing ID to the “on” position. “Swing Data View” and Analyze Auto Shot Detections” can also be turned on based on your preference.
Step 4
If your watch has the above screen, then now all you have to do is play a round! Swing ID will only count real shots for each hole, so take as many practice shots as you need during your game.
